This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for service payments made to Wizotech.
Before work begins
Deposits are refundable only before work begins. Once a project has started, refunds are evaluated based on completed milestones.
After work begins
If a project is canceled, any completed work will be billed and deducted from the amount paid.
