Payments
Payments are made for agreed deliverables or milestones. Where applicable, invoices/receipts can be provided upon request.
Project timelines
Delivery timelines depend on the project scope and client response times (e.g., content, approvals, and access requirements).
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, requirements, and timely approvals. Delays in inputs may impact delivery timelines.
Third-party services
We may use third-party tools and hosting providers where necessary for delivery. Payment processing is handled by Paystack or other selected providers.
